Studio Vine No. 15

STUDIO VINE NO. 15 CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY A deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. Clients may reschedule an appointment once. After the first reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. No-Shows A no-show is defined as missing an appointment without contacting Studio Vine No. 15 before the scheduled appointment time. * First no-show: Deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook. A warning will be issued. * Second no-show: Future appointments may require full prepayment before booking or Studio Vine No. 15 may decline to accept future appointments from the client. Repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in restricted or refused booking privileges. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened, modified, or canceled at the stylist’s discretion. If the appointment must be canceled due to a late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. Studio Cancellations If Studio Vine No. 15 needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the deposit may be transferred to the client’s new appointment or refunded at the client’s request. Deposits Deposits are not transferable to another person and cannot be applied toward retail purchases, consultations, or another client’s appointment. By booking an appointment with Studio Vine No. 15, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this policy.
