CANCELLATION POLICY
Studio Vine No. 15 Policies Cancellations & Rescheduling: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Appointments may be rescheduled once; after that, a new booking and deposit will be required. Repeated Cancellations: Clients with multiple cancellations may lose the ability to book in advance or may be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit to secure future appointments. After a client’s third cancellation (even if made before 24 hours), the No-Show penalty will apply — meaning a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost and a $25 nonrefundable deposit will be required before booking again. Late Policy: If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a No-Show and will be cancelled. Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment on the same day, you will not be charged a cancellation fee; however, you will be required to pay a $25 nonrefundable deposit before booking your next appointment. No-Shows: If you do not contact or show up for your appointment, a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost will be charged. You will also need to pay this fee and a $25 nonrefundable deposit before booking any future appointments. Hair Preparation: Please arrive with your hair fully detangled and ready for your service. Excessive tangles or matting may result in an additional detangling fee or cancellation of the appointment.
