A New Client Consultation is a personalized session designed to understand your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll discuss your vision, evaluate options, and create a tailored plan to achieve the best results. This is the first step toward a customized experience made just for you.

This consultation is designed for pre-teens and teens who are developing their own hair care routine and personal style. During this session, we will assess the hair and scalp, including texture, density, and overall condition. We will discuss current habits, styling preferences, and any concerns such as dryness, breakage, heat damage, or transitioning textures. Clients will receive personalized recommendations for at-home care, product usage, and a customized plan to support healthy, manageable hair. Clients should be able to sit comfortably for the duration of the consultation and actively participate in the process, as this service is designed to build confidence and independence in hair care. (Parent must be present)

This consultation is designed for young clients beginning their healthy hair journey. During this session, we will assess your child’s hair and scalp, discuss current routines, and address any concerns such as dryness, tangling, breakage, or overall manageability. You will receive guidance on proper at-home care, product recommendations, and age-appropriate styling options to support healthy growth. For the safety and comfort of all clients, children must be able to sit in the chair without excessive movement or continuous screaming. We understand that new experiences can feel uncomfortable; however, your child should be able to tolerate services being performed. (Parent must be present)

A Color Service Consultation is a one-on-one session to assess your current hair color, discuss your desired look, and create a personalized plan to achieve it. This ensures the best results tailored just for you. This is REQUIRED before booking a color service.
